A word on what the count means. Reviews were matched on the language people actually use: “no pressure”, “never felt pressured”, “not pushy”. A jeweller with hundreds of reviews has more chances to collect these accounts than a small studio, so the counts reward scale as well as restraint; the review total sits alongside each count so you can weigh one against the other.
