Heera began in 2015 and now trades under several different names in Hatton Garden. Their own stores page lists shops under Heera Fine Jewellery, Heera Diamonds, Heera Bespoke, Artisan Fine Jewellery, Heritage, Riviere and Madison, though three of those share a single address at 95 Hatton Garden. Their about page gives a different account again, saying they have four stores and naming two more, Hatton Jewellery Centre and Gemporium, that the stores page no longer lists. From there the design is drawn in CAD, printed in wax within 24 to 48 hours so you can see the shape in three dimensions before committing metal to it, then cast, set and polished. Production runs four to six weeks. Aftercare, cleaning, repairs and upgrades are all offered afterwards.

They publish no prices at all, which is the main gap. Positioning is mid-market rather than budget, but you will need a consultation to get a figure.

This is the biggest review set of any jeweller on the site. Google shows 2,548 reviews; we analysed 2,490 of them and found 2,422 five star, 22 four, 12 three, two at two and 32 at one. That is a 97 per cent five-star rate, and 692 are from the past year, so it is a current picture rather than an accumulated one.

The themes are the most heavily populated we counted anywhere. 260 reviewers mention how much the team knew, 175 describe being given time with their questions, and 142 talk about the bespoke process specifically. Fifty say they arrived knowing nothing, and another 50 mention explicitly not being pressured, which is worth noting on a street where pressure is the most common complaint.

The criticism is small but consistent in shape: 11 reviews mention delays, nine mention communication going quiet, and five describe unwelcoming service. At this volume that is a low failure rate, but delays and silence are the same two things that go wrong across the whole quarter. They reply to 14 percent of reviews.

It will not suit you if you want a named designer whose taste you are buying, or a single point of contact from start to finish. At this volume you are buying a process, and the process is the thing that is good.
